Isenberg has advised clients on domain name disputes since 1996 and currently serves as a domain name panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He has successfully represented clients as both complainants and respondents in proceedings under the UDRP before WIPO and the National Arbitration Forum.

- DeKalb Medical Center, Inc. v. Jucco Holdings, WIPO Case No. D2007-0389 (obtained voluntary transfer of domain name upon filing of complaint).
- FIA Card Services, National Association v Impulse Marketing Group, Net OPS, NAF Claim No. 944261 (successfully defended registrant of domain name <usaplatinumplus.com>).
- GB Investments, Inc. v. Donald Baker, WIPO Case No. D2007-1320 (obtained transfer of domain name <ihategunbroker.com>).
- Young Life v. Peter Branelly, Netsol Ltd., WIPO Case No. DNU2007-0002 (obtained transfer of domain name in only the second dispute involving the .nu TLD).
- The Benevolink Corporation v. Texas International Property Associates, WIPO Case No. D2007-0404 (obtained transfer of typo domain name <benovolink.com>).
